5 steps to a personalized recommendation
Wellness quiz
2 minutes5 questions about your lifestyle, goals and wellbeing. Based on your answers we generate your wellness archetype (e.g. Performer, Regenerator, Explorer) and scores for three pillars: mind, body, soul. This is the starting point for all further recommendations.
Health profile
OptionalOptionally add age, gender, weight, height, activity level, dietary preferences (e.g. veganism), allergies, intolerances and lab results (biomarkers). The more data, the more accurate the recommendations.
AI understands your question
7 intentsEvery question goes through an intent classifier that recognizes 7 types of queries: product recommendation, lab result question, supplement interaction check, stack review, general wellness, order query, or out of scope. Simultaneously, the system assesses medical risk level (0–3) — at level 3 it immediately directs you to emergency services.
Semantic search
430+ productsYour query enriched with health context goes to the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) engine. We compare it with vector representations of 430+ products. Results are filtered by your profile — products with your allergens or intolerated ingredients are automatically removed.
Ranking and explanation
Top 3 productsThe best-matched products are ranked by semantic relevance, health profile fit, wellness pillars, purchase history and price. For each product, AI generates a personalized explanation: why this product fits you, how to use it and what to watch out for.

Privacy and data
Your medical data is secure
Medical data is a special category under GDPR (Art. 9). We treat it differently from all other data.
AES-256-GCM encryption
Medical data (conditions, medications, history) is encrypted before being saved to the database. The key is not stored with the data — no person or system can read it without the application key.
Voluntary consent
Medical data is completely optional. Before AI can access it during a conversation, you must give a separate, informed consent. You can revoke it at any time in the Account tab.
Audit log
Every AI conversation is logged (without content) — we record intent type, risk level and whether medical data was used. This is a protection for you.
We don't sell data
Your health data is never shared with advertisers, partners or third parties. Only anonymized conversation context goes to OpenAI, never raw medical data.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use the AI Advisor without filling in my profile?
Yes. AI works without a profile too — it asks about your needs in conversation and matches products based on what you tell it. Profile and quiz make recommendations more accurate, but they're not required.
Does AI see my medical data?
Only if you gave explicit, separate consent in Account tab → AI Consents. By default AI has no access to medical data. You can revoke consent at any time.
Are conversations with AI stored?
Conversation content is not permanently stored. We log metadata (intent type, risk level, whether products were recommended) for security and quality improvement purposes.
What if AI recommends a product that doesn't suit me?
The AI Advisor is educational in nature — recommendations are guidance, not prescriptions. We always indicate when consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is recommended, especially for medication interactions.
Which AI model is used?
We use GPT-4o mini from OpenAI for fast, precise answers. Product search is based on text-embedding-3-small models. The entire pipeline runs on EU servers.
